ZENZOO® is not responsible for the payment of customs fees and tariffs.
In the event that you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or resending the order through another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you would like a refund for your order, please contact us at hello@hirokogroup.com.
ZENZOO® is not responsible for reshipping orders that are rejected at customs. If customs rejects a package, they will return it to us and if we receive the package back from customs and the content is in sellable condition, we can refund your order.
In the event that the package is not returned by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for refunding the customer for that cost.
International orders/shipments may be subject to possible package opening and merchandise inspection by customs officials at the destination country.
ZENZOO® is not responsible for orders that are detained in customs, that are damaged in customs, or that are denied entry into customs due to this process.
NOTE: Possible customs charges and customs duties will be incurred especially for international and Canadian customers.
SHIPPING COSTS
When you select a product, it is important to look at the shipping cost which will be calculated before checkout. Depending on your location or country, prices may vary.
RETURNS
1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general, everything that is attached to the purchase of said product.
2. The exercise period for the right of withdrawal is 7 natural days from the delivery of the product.
3. In case of withdrawal, ZENZOO® must refund any payment received from the consumer, excluding shipping costs.
4. Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 natural days. In turn, ZENZOO® must refund any payment received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs before 7 natural days have elapsed since the date on which he was informed of the withdrawal decision. ZENZOO® may retain the refund of the price until we have received the goods or proof of the return. Refunds will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, always considering, for the refund, the payment method used by the customer.
5. Returns and partial cancellations of an order will result in partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order.
6. Items identified as gifts acquired by the purchase of an order and requested to be returned unitarily will not be subject to the right of return.
7. In promoted products and in case of withdrawal, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
